This walk starts at Matlock station and ends at Cromford station, it goes via Bonsall, the Heights of Abraham, High Tor and Riber Castle.

This walk does home some tight stiles, not easy if you have a big dog to lift over, or you are carrying a large pack.

The walk is lovely but quite steep in places.

You can start your journey from either end and catch the train for your return journey home.
